Here we go... my first blog post

I've been told I have a habit of repeatedly telling others about random things I love and then forcing them to share my beliefs and opinions. I thought, what better way to continue that tradition than a blog? Plus, I couldn't quite think of a topic for my class blog so I thought this would at least hold my interest if not yours.
